Job Description

Implement and monitor social, ethical, and operational compliance programs across the manufacturing facility.
Conduct internal compliance audits, inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate customer audits, third-party audits, and compliance assessments, ensuring audit readiness and timely closure of findings.
Maintain accurate compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, audit reports, records, and corrective action trackers.
Monitor compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, ethical standards, and customer codes of conduct.
Deliver compliance awareness sessions and employee training on company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, EHS, and Plant Management to ensure continuous compliance and process improvement.
Identify compliance risks, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation to ensure ongoing compliance.
Prepare compliance reports and provide updates to management on audit results and compliance performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in compliance, social compliance, or ethical compliance within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in the apparel or garment manufacturing industry is preferred.
Familiarity with customer compliance standards, social compliance frameworks, and audit requirements is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory regulations, and workplace compliance requirements.
Experience coordinating internal, customer, and third-party audits.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
