-Lead civil discipline governance across large-scale projects (client/PMC role)
-Review/approve civil design drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings
-Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical issues with engineering recommendations
-Coordinate with MEP, Architecture, and other disciplines to ensure integrated delivery
-Ensure QA/QC compliance and report progress, risks, and technical issues to senior
Requirements
-BSc in Civil Engineering (mandatory) | MSc Civil/Structural (preferred)
-12–15+ years total experience with strong PMC/Consultant exposure in design review & site supervision
-Proven experience on mega/large-scale projects (mandatory)
-PMP (preferred) | PE License (advantage) | QA/QC certification (preferred)
-Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination
