Job Description

- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's market presence in Egypt.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the retail, shopfitting, interior fit-out, and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, developers, retailers, and project owners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award and contract negotiation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and manage key accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth.


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial-level Business Development role.
- Total experience of 10-15 years in Business Development or Sales.
- Previous experience in Retail, Shopfitting, Interior Fit-Out, Store Fixtures, Retail Solutions, Construction, Interior Solutions, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring major accounts.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and strategic business development.
- Experience handling key accounts and conducting high-level commercial negotiations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Egypt as business requires.
