- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, and outbound business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches to showcase the company's services and value proposition.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, PR, or Creative Agencies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, media, and PR services.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client and market needs.
