Job Description

Identify, develop, and acquire new B2B customers, distributors, and channel partners through market research, networking, and business development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners to maximize sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions, and commercial offerings.
Own and achieve annual sales, revenue, profitability, and expense budgets across assigned categories and sales channels.
Develop and execute category, customer, and channel-specific sales strategies, promotional plans, and pricing calendars.
Collaborate with marketing teams and business partners to align sales initiatives and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Manage sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and stock availability in coordination with supply chain and channel partners.
Monitor distributor performance, sell-in/sell-out activities, inventory health, and market execution.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer movements, pricing changes, and emerging business opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to management.
Build strong trade relationships and ensure excellent customer support through effective execution of sales and product strategies.
Ensure products comply with local regulatory requirements and country-specific compliance standards across assigned markets.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any field.
5+ years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Key Account Management, or Sales Management.
Previous experience within the Consumer Electronics industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing distributors, channel partners, or regional sales networks.
Strong understanding of sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and channel management.
Experience developing sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing plans.
Experience managing sales targets, profitability, and P&L performance.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
