Define and execute the overall buying and product strategy aligned with business goals
Lead demand planning and forecasting based on historical data and growth targets
Develop pricing strategies and manage gross margin targets
Oversee category performance and drive sales growth across channels
Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and sell-through optimization
Lead weekly and quarterly performance reviews (sales vs targets vs margin)
Identify upcoming commercial opportunities and plan seasonal strategies
Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams for execution
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance
Lead and develop cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Design, etc.)
Requirements
7+ years of experience in buying or merchandising within the fashion retail industry
Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing a team
Strong background in demand planning and sales forecasting
Solid experience in pricing strategies and margin management
Proven ability to analyze category performance and drive sales growth
Strong understanding of inventory management, stock planning, and sell-through optimization
Advanced skills in Excel and/or Power BI
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams
