* Prepare ingredients and ensure food quality and presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
* Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Requirements
* Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant Western Chef.
* Experience in Western restaurants or cafés is required.
* Good knowledge of Western cuisine preparation.
* Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
