* Manage construction, maintenance & repair (M&R), and real estate activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and control standards.
* Supervise project and M&R engineers and real estate activities.
* Manage and monitor project and departmental budgets.
* Oversee project planning and permitting activities.
* Supervise real estate and network planning activities.
* Manage asset acquisitions, asset sales, land additions, lease renewals, and divestment activities.
* Maintain effective communication with customers and key stakeholders.
* Implement and promote best practices in construction and asset management.
* Lead, coach, and develop team members while monitoring their performance.
* Support workforce planning and ensure adequate staffing within the department.
* Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Manufacturing industry.
3. Previous experience at a managerial/supervisory level is preferred.
4. Engineering/technical knowledge is highly desirable.
5. Good understanding of the market environment.
6. Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Asset Lifecycle, CAPEX Management, and Asset Strategy & Planning.
7. Strong leadership, people management, communication, and business acumen skills.
