The Architecture Manager will lead the architectural vision and execution of projects, ensuring design excellence and alignment with project goals. This role manages design teams and coordinates with stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design from concept to execution
Manage consultants and design teams
Ensure design quality, compliance, and innovation
Coordinate with engineering, development, and construction teams
Review and approve design deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
13–15+ years of experience in architecture within real estate development
Strong portfolio of large-scale or mixed-use projects
Excellent design management and leadership skills
Knowledge of local regulations and international standards
