· Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and architectural finishes works (materials, labor, subcontractors, equipment).
· Collect, analyze, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
· Ensure proposals comply with industry standards, client requirements, and regulations.
· Compile and submit complete and competitive bids within deadlines.
· Support in risk assessment, feasibility studies, and value engineering.
· Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, and procurement teams during the tendering process.
· Maintain a strong database of vendors, subcontractors, and cost benchmarks specific to fit-out & hospitality projects.
· Follow up on tender clarifications and negotiations.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
· Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in estimation of Fit-Out, Corporate, and Hospitality projects.
· Previous experience in interior works, architectural finishes, joinery, and high-end materials.
· Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and cost analysis.
· Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
· Strong analytical and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus
