* Lead and manage the architectural engineering team throughout project execution.
* Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of architectural shop drawings.
* Coordinate with structural, MEP, site, and project management teams to resolve technical issues.
* Ensure all drawings comply with contract documents, project specifications, and local codes.
* Review and approve drawing submissions before consultant/client submission.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
* Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Resolve technical and design-related issues during construction.
* Ensure proper documentation, drawing revisions, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural engineering within a contracting company.
* Proven experience managing architectural shop drawings and leading engineering teams.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing, and project coordination.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
* Experience with Revit and BIM is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
