Lead the architectural review, coordination, and oversight activities on the client/PMC side, focusing on governance rather than design execution.
Review and approve architectural drawings, technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, project requirements, and QA/QC procedures.
Monitor contractor performance from a technical and design compliance perspective.
Identify, assess, and resolve architectural technical issues while providing recommendations and solutions to the client.
Oversee contractor deliverables and validate compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Report architectural progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
Support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, including stations, public realm developments, utility buildings, and related facilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
Master’s Degree in Architecture or Urban Design is preferred.
10–12+ years of relevant experience, including architectural leadership responsibilities
.Experience in infrastructure-related architectural scope (stations, buildings, public realm, utilities buildings, etc.)
Strong experience in PMC/Consultant environments with design review, coordination, and contractor oversight responsibilities.
Proven experience reviewing and approving architectural drawings and technical submissions.
Experience ensuring compliance with codes, standards, QA/QC requirements, and project specifications.
Experience reviewing contractor shop drawings, method statements, and technical deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to monitor contractor performance and provide technical guidance.
Experience on large-scale infrastructure, mixed-use, or mega projects is required.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
PMP, QA/QC Certification, Professional Registration, and BIM/Revit certifications are preferred.
