We are seeking a highly creative Architectural Designer & Sketch Artist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural hand sketches during client meetings and concept development, then transforming approved concepts into detailed digital drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings. The role requires exceptional artistic ability, strong visualization skills, and proficiency in industry-standard architectural design software.
Key Responsibilities
Create quick and accurate architectural hand sketches during client meetings and the conceptual design phase.
Develop approved design concepts into detailed architectural drawings.
Produce 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renderings.
Prepare visually engaging presentations for client proposals and project reviews.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine and communicate design concepts effectively.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a public/governmental university.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design.
Previous experience in an Architecture or Engineering Consultancy environment is preferred.
Technical Skills
Exceptional hand sketching and artistic visualization skills.
