-Lead the academic vision, planning, and school-wide teaching & learning strategy.
-Supervise Heads of Department and teaching teams; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
-Ensure curriculum quality, pacing, assessment frameworks, and internal moderation.
-Analyze academic data (assessments, progress, exams) and drive improvement plans.
-Manage school academic calendar, timetables coordination, and learning interventions.
-Oversee teacher training, coaching, lesson observations, and quality assurance.
-Ensure compliance with academic policies, KHDA/MOE requirements (as applicable), and accreditation standards.
-Support student wellbeing and behavior systems in collaboration with leadership.
-Partner with school leadership on parent communication, academic meetings, and school improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as an overall. with 4-5 years as an Academic Director
- Full proficiency in English
