Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and other conversion rate optimization initiatives.
ROI & Budget Tracking
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies and spend based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with financial goals and deliver measurable results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing, sales) to develop landing pages, optimize user experience, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Work closely with regional sales teams to assess and identify potential opportunities in each market, proposing localized campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
Align campaign strategy with Product Marketing and Regional Sales teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving business goals.
Team Leadership & Development:
Mentor and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative environment, promoting innovation and professional growth within the team.
Branch Management
Manage the marketing service center staff’s discipline, attendance & performance.
Campaign Management & Performance Tracking:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target KPIs.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and analytics to assess ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, ensuring maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.
Social Media & Online Presence:
Oversee the design, creation, and management of the company’s social media presence, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.
Develop and implement strategies to grow social media following and drive online engagement.
Market Insights & Growth Strategy:
Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various marketing channels and touchpoints.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to accelerate the company’s digital marketing efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
Proven ability to analyze data, optimize marketing spend, and measure the success of campaigns.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, social media management tools).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Saudi Arabia market, preferably within same industry.
Experience in budget management and maximizing ROI on marketing spend.
Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to evolving digital landscapes.
Strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
