Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance and Quality Control plan for the project.
Ensure that all project activities comply with applicable standards, regulations, and contractual requirements.
Conduct internal and external audits, inspections, and quality reviews across all project stages.
Prepare and submit quality-related reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and HSE teams to enforce quality procedures.
Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance and ensure alignment with project standards.
Train and guide project staff on quality control systems and best practices.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality records
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in water and wastewater projects.
Certified in quality control from recognized international bodies (e.g., ISO, ASQ, IRCA).
Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and documentation practices.
Proven experience in preparing detailed technical and quality reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
