Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Leadership
• Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy
that aligns with Golden Collection’s brand and operational objectives in the GCC
market.
• Oversee the management and optimization of product listings and storefronts on
major GCC e-commerce platforms, ensuring visibility, competitive pricing, and
excellent user experience.
• Drive growth through data-driven insights, continually identifying new opportunities
for expansion and customer conversion across digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to enhance the online
customer experience, ensuring timely delivery, easy returns, and customer
satisfaction.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
• Lead the creation and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies
across SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social, and influencer collaborations to drive
traffic and revenue growth.
• Build and execute paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.)
focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness, while ensuring an
optimal ROAS.
• Shape the brand narrative through culturally relevant and engaging cont
ent on social
media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, establishing Golden
Collection as a leader in the lifestyle and retail space.
• Analyze market trends and digital consumption behaviors across the GCC to stay
ahead of competitors and continuously adapt strategies.
3. Content Leadership & Localization
• Oversee content strategy and creation, ensuring all marketing materials are aligned
with Golden Collection’s high-end brand identity and resonate with regional
audiences.
• Ensure culturally sensitive and linguistically localized content, with a focus on Arabic
and English, to enhance customer engagement and drive higher conversions.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce visually
compelling content for e-commerce platforms, digital ads, and social media
campaigns.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of
marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and overall e-commerce performance.
• Provide leadership with strategic insights based on data analytics, offering
recommendations for optimizing e-commerce processes, improving customer
lifetime value, and driving profitability.
• Leverage insights from marketing, logistics, and customer service data to refine and
improve the overall customer journey, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and
competitive positioning in the GCC region.
• Proactively adapt marketing and e-commerce strategies based on market shifts, consumer
preferences, and technological advancements.
• Analyze the evolving regulatory and logistics landscape across the GCC to stay compliant
and agile in the dynamic retail environment.
Requirements
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a focus on digital
marketing, e-commerce, and brand management, ideally within the retail, fashion, or
lifestyle sector in the GCC.
• Expertise in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns and driving substantial
revenue growth through e-commerce platforms.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads,
Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify,
WooCommerce).
• Deep understanding of GCC market nuances, consumer behavior, and regional digital
ecosystems.
