 Responsibilities & authorities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve hospitals revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.

Team Management:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hospital’s patient base.
• Develop partnerships with external healthcare organizations and community groups.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the hospital's services.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Organize and participate in health fairs, community events, and other promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging in all sales and marketing efforts.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market conditions for senior management.

Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Experience: • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

• Willing to learn more and grow in experience.

Professional skills & abilities:
• Very good English language.
• Excellent Ms. Office – Information management systems user.

o Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
o Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities.
• Leadership:
o Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
o Experience in training and developing sales personnel.
• Communication:
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
o Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address client needs and concerns effectively.
