Joseph is a well experienced HR professional specialized in recruitment and head hunting with more than 13 years of experience along with hands on experience in HR consultancy. Joseph acquired his Business Administration bachelor’s degree on 2006, after that he put his determination to excel a career in the HR field, so he started his career as an Associate Recruitment Consultant in a leading international headhunting company. During his career he knew that academic background in the HR field was an essential part of building his knowledge and improve his competencies and something that he needed to acquire, so he went on several paths from self-study to course-work and workshops, and by that he acquired his PHRD and HRMP certificates beside many others, he’s also recognized as a Certified Psychometric Assessor. Joseph left his first career on 2009 to join another leading recruitment agency as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, then he went through different positions with different companies and acquired different expertise within the HR different functions, until in 2014 he joined Tawzef, now he’s the Operations Manager in Tawzef, responsible for the operation cycle in recruitment, business development and the assessment center, and providing essential and valuable support to other functions and product lines. joseph has an exceptional initiative skill as he identifies and deals with issues proactively and persistently, seizing the opportunities that arise and looks for ways to achieve greater results to add value.
