Warehouse Collection

Responsible for Cash sales at the warehouse • Responsible for Cash collection at the warehouse • Record all the cash collected and issue payment receipt for all Customers. • Doing reconciliation between sales and collection and sending reports on a daily basis. • Deposit all the cash collected at the bank on daily basis. • Responsible for credit approval for specific customer list • File all paperwork per documented procedures. • Maintain related records. • Perform other qualified duties as assigned Requirements Diploma degrees in commerce, accounting or managerial accounting • Two (2) years’ experience in collection and/or as customer relations representative. within a warehouse environment desired. • Knowledge regarding the operation of a personal computer using Microsoft Office Applications. • Knowledge of logistics and supply procedures. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment
