Job Description

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements. Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including tracking and managing outstanding payments. Work closely with the senior accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations. Communicate with Turkish-speaking clients, vendors, or stakeholders as needed for financial matters. Assist in any ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by the senior team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
