· Prepare the daily bookkeeping for the Egyptian Ministry of Manpower records.

· Preform the daily invoicing in ZOHO Books System.

· Submit the issued invoices to ETA portal.

· Control the cash transactions regarding the administrative expenses.

· Bookkeeping the cash transactions regarding the administrative expenses.

· Monitoring employees’ custodies and its settlement.

· Booking employees’ custodies on ZOHO and Follow up on closing.

· Performing the daily collection of cash sales and credit customers on daily basis.

· Booking all collections in ZOHO B. system on daily basis.

· Ensuring booking all transaction regarding the bank statement.

· Making bank reconciliation.

· Typing and submitting the ministry of manpower and Immigration’s notebooks.

· Keeping and filling all records according to the file register.

· Prepare the required monthly report (Treasury – Bank –– Collection) reports.

· Preform the payment of net salaries for outsourced employees.

· Follow up on the payment process with updated report.

· Prepare the monthly reports of the payments of the net salaries.

· Monthly reviewing the social insurance position with the concerned department.

· Prepare the required monthly reports of the payroll items.

· Perform other assignments as required.

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., journal entries, trial balance, double-entry bookkeeping)
0-1 working experience as an Accountant
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Basic knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
Familiarity with cash and banking operations, including:
- Cash handling and recording
- Deposits, withdrawals, cheque deposits
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Petty cash management
Awareness of invoice processing and vendor/customer account management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Exposure to or familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
