Drive end-to-end travel coordination, including hotel bookings, flight arrangements, transfers, and excursions, ensuring zero operational gaps.*Build and deliver accurate, competitive group quotations covering accommodation, transportation, and full tour packages.*Manage visa processes, advising clients on documentation, requirements, and application timelines.*Provide destination expertise, including travel regulations, itinerary planning, and budget-aligned recommendations.*Maintain direct communication with hotels, airlines, and suppliers to secure timely confirmations and resolve issues fast.*Handle client inquiries with precision—anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and escalating only when necessary.*Ensure all client files, invoices, and confirmations are documented and delivered with professional accuracy.Requirements*Minimum 1 year in travel agencies, tour operations, or hospitality environments.*Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).*Proficiency with reservation systems and booking tools.*Strong command of itinerary planning and travel logistics.*Solid understanding of visa requirements and submission processes.*High attention to detail—no tolerance for booking or pricing errors.*Strong communication and client-facing confidence.*Organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple cases in parallel.
