· Design and develop customized tour itineraries based on client interests, seasonality, and desired length of stay.
· Collaborate with tour operators within our team to create comprehensive holiday packages, including flights, accommodation, sightseeing arrangements, and more.
· Maintain clear communication with clients.
· Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
· Use web-based tools to create and distribute informative content about our tours and destinations.
· Ability to quickly adapt to and utilize various itinerary planning tools and software.
· Market and promote tour packages through online channels.
· Market Research: Continuously conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
· Departmental Coordination: Liaising with different departments within the company to ensure effective marketing campaigns and alignment with overall business goals.
· Lead Generation: Developing and implementing strategies to generate leads organically through various channels.
· Digital Marketing: Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), creating and running Facebook ads, and overseeing the design and printing of marketing materials.
· Experience from 2 to 4 years.
· BSc in Marketing or relevant degree.
· Well Spoken & written English.
· Managing Guests who are under stress.
