Job Description
· Build an extensive itinerary based on client request ·
· Price in detail every aspect of the trip including transportation, accommodation, flights, handling, tipping and portage fees and submit quotation accordingly.
· Coordinate all aspects of reservations with suppliers, hotels and all support functions delivering the trip
· Handle all operational functions of the trip and remain the focal point between outbound tour operator (Client), on ground personnel and finance department in office.
· Coordinate and manage rooms’ allocation with hotels and cruise ships.
· Notify tourism police about groups’ itinerary.
· Prepare and notify tourism police about group’s arrivals and itinerary.
· Revise the hotels and cruise ships contracts terms & conditions and ensure all terms are adhered to and priced accordingly
· Prepare expenses sheet and payment to suppliers. · Prepare finalization sheet on monthly basis for all completed trips.
· Ensure every delivered trip is completed at the highest quality in with top standards of Egypt Serai Travel.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in similar role.
bachelor Degree.
good communication skills.
