Responding To customer inquiries by telephone , Meeting Customers, Helping to fulfill their Requests, Following Up with Customers,Making reservations,and creating customer service Reports.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Proven track record in handling inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.
Experience in booking reservations, logging service reports.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to follow up, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using basic computer tools (MS Office, email) and telephone systems.
