Job Description

Identify, attract, and hire talented individuals to fill the specific needs of clients. Has an in depth understanding of the recruitment process in the GCC Has an in depth understanding of the salary scales in the GCC within the IT industry Able to understand the specific IT needs of clients and to match them with appropriate candidates. Identifying and sourcing candidates through various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screening resumes and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience. Maintains a database with all candidate assessment results Able to utilize assessment tools in the recruitment process Managing the full life-cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring Building and maintaining a candidate database Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and their qualifications Negotiating offers and closing deals with candidates Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Providing regular reports on the status of recruitment efforts Utilizing data analytics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process Requirements 3-5 years of experience. Bachelor's Degree in Relevant fields has experience in Recruitment Agencies or Software/IT industry Fluent in English Communication skills in Arabic and English (written & spoken) Interpersonal skills Negotiation skills Possesses a deep understanding of the IT industry and the potential needs of clients Attention to Detail Time Management skills Sourcing skills Recruitment analytic skills Candidate screening/experience skills Fundamental HR skills
