Job Description
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job descriptions, and qualifications for various positions. • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates using various methods, including job boards, and social media. • Conduct thorough candidate searches, both active and passive, utilizing databases, professional networks, and other resources to build a robust talent pipeline. • Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with position requirements and company culture. • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams. • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports on recruitment metrics. • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. • Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events, job fairs, and open houses Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • HR Certificate is plus. • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced corporate environment. • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. • Understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence other
