Supply Chain Manager

Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.-Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.-Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends, new products, and supplier performance.-Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and pricing agreements to achieve the best value.-Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and maintain competitive advantages.-Prepare annual purchasing budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving plans.-Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and best practices.-Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure the availability of required materials.-Monitor stock levels, lead times, and reordering points.Requirements-5–8 years of total experience in Supply Chain, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.-Strong hands-on experience in import & export, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and transportation.-Mandatory experience in the chemical industry or packaging sector.-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
