Supply Chain Assistant

The position analyzes current inventory levels and operating procedures to identify improvement opportunities.* The candidate contributes to enhancing supply chain efficiency and overall company profitability.* The role is responsible for preparing new purchase contracts and following up on shipping procedures and documentation.* The position supports the development of supply chain policies while maintaining quality and safety standards.* The role identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with a focus on cost efficiency and consolidation.* The candidate liaises and negotiates with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies on pricing and delivery terms.* The role monitors supplier performance and supports sourcing and qualification of new suppliers when needed.Requirements* must have 2–4 years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.* A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.* fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related ERP systems is required.* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.* The candidate should demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
