Software Tester

Review & analyze requirements/user stories; derive acceptance criteria & edge cases. - Design, write, and execute manual & automated test cases/scripts and test data. - Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing. - Log defects with full repro steps (expected vs. actual) in a bug tracker (e.g., JIRA); follow up and re-test. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (release/sprint planning, daily standups). - Collaborate with Dev/Product/UX/Ops across the SDLC. - Track & report quality metrics (e.g., coverage, defect density, pass/fail). Requirements - 2+ years in software testing / quality control (manual & automated). - Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT (or related). - Test management & bug tracking (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla). - Automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium). - API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured). - At least one programming/scripting language (Java/Python/JavaScript).
