Site Engineer

Organize, supervise, and execute construction and finishing works according to approved designs. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress. Monitor workforce productivity, equipment usage, and project schedules. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety procedures, and company policies. Review drawings and execution plans with the technical office. Prepare and submit daily and periodic progress reports. Support the Project/Construction Manager with any assigned tasks. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 1–3 years in construction, preferably in finishing works and contracting projects. Certification: Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers. Strong knowledge of construction practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage deadlines, adapt to changes, and work under pressure. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
