Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in the mining-related chemicals sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the fertilizer, calcium carbonate, and cement industries. • Identify customer needs and provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to their processes. • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized chemical formulations when needed. • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trials with clients. • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and quotations. • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer activity. • Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities. • Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in industrial chemical sales, preferably in fertilizers, mining, cement, or calcium carbonate sectors. • Strong knowledge of chemical applications in mining and mineral processing. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
