Job Description

· Receive client requests, identify TNA, create and develop training & development proposals, including technical & financial terms. · Research & develop training programs in line with the pre-defined TNA, including lesson plans, instructional manual, participant booklet, and learning games & experiential learning activities. · Work closely with graphic designers to generate visual designs facilitating the learning experience, including participant guide (booklet), activities handouts & instructor’s presentation. · Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper delivery of materials and printings to both instructors and learners (on the client side). · Design and develop learning assessments, tests, quizzes, etc. · Conduct handover sessions for instructors to walk them through programs’ structure, content, and activities, ensuring full understanding and comprehension of the program design. · Perform quality audits on training delivery (when needed). · Manage the process of assessments’ buying, sharing with clients, and properly onboard instructors on assessment results. · Bring in new trending topics, programs, assessments, etc. to be added to Intellect Executive’s library & offerings. · Receive clients’ feedback on programs’ delivery and support in the customer relationship management activities & proceduresRequirements· Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology, or any related field. · 4+ previous experience in similar role. · Training, Coaching, or Academic background is a must.· Coaching Certificate is a plus..
