Senior Quality and Validation Specialist

· Check storage condition and monitoring of received products according to recommendations of supplier. · Preparing protocols & reports for thermal mapping. · Conduct Thermal mapping for Vehicles, Freezers & Warehouses. · Download and setup for data loggers’ data during transportation. · Check temperature daily report and handling of out of limit readings. · Follow up and control the temperature of transportation trucks via data loggers. · Assessment of transportation conditions for received shipments to take the release decision. · Monitoring of products quality during delivery to ensure its integrity. · Ensure the implementation of Non-conformities, CAPA systems. · Participate in internal audit and external audit readiness. · Handling of internal audits & external audits issuing of action plan. · Check and monitor the dispatching process. · Monitoring the return process. · Handling of recall. · Training of controlled document. · Handling of complaint. · Handling GDP inspections conducted by SFDA. · Insure that delivery of pharmaceuticals products to customers with customers’ requirements. · Check the dispatching process and products quality. · IPQA for warehousing activities. · Report maintenance issues & Follow up maintenance processes. · Handling of undertaking shipments & taken actions. · Control labeling process. · Handling of destruction activities. · Follow up pest control, fire-fighting system, and cold chain fridges. · Check received shipment including truck cleaning, physical appearance, quantities and identifications. · Handling and Follow up all quality topics in storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products. · Follow up all SFDA instructions in storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in a similar field (Pharmacy, Science or Veterinary). · 3-5 Years of Experience in a similar role. · Good communication and presentation skills. · Good command of English language & Microsoft office. · Good Knowledge of quality regulations. (ISO, EU GDP and SFDA GSDP) · ISO 9001:2015 certified lead auditor is a plus.
