Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, create sales materials, and support the sales process.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest IoT trends, technologies, and market needs to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their technical concerns and ensuring a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
Project Management: Oversee presales projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior presales engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Tenders & RFPs: Prepare detailed responses to tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that they are technically accurate and aligned with client requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 4-6 years related industry experience in Pre-sales designing, support, and Installation
Experience in IOT, Cyber security, Software, AI
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or higher.
Able to leverage communication with high level of accuracy and effectiveness.
