Job Description
Digital Advertising Strategy & Execution • Develop, implement, and optimize high-performance digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads. • Utilize data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition. • Continuously A/B test creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Campaign Management: • Oversee the end-to-end management of online advertising campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, bid management, budget control, and A/B testing Platform Expertise: • Maintain a deep understanding of each advertising platform's features, best practices, and latest updates to maximize performance and identify new opportunities. Performance Analysis & Reporting • Continuously monitor campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and website traffic. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-backed optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Use Google Data Studio, Power BI, and Tableau to create detailed performance reports and dashboards. • Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. Budget Management • Plan and allocate budgets effectively to meet business objectives while maintaining optimal cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS). • Monitor and adjust ad spend in real-time based on performance metrics. Strategy Development & Innovation : • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement cutting-edge performance marketing strategies aligned with ATFX’s business goals. • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with creative teams to ensure compelling ad creatives and high-converting landing pages. • Partner with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or any related field. • 5+ years of proven success in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns. • Industry experience in fintech, forex, or equivalent domains is preferred • Financial services industry experience is a strong plus. • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results in customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads. • Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, and Tableau. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights. • Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and ad optimization. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proactive, data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
