Job Description
1- Preparing the monthly payroll for full time employees. 2- Creating the payments for the full time employees 3- Preparing the part time employees & internship trainees monthly payroll. 4- Creating the payments for the part time employees & Internship employees. 5- Preparing the temp accounts payroll. 6- Creating the payments for the temp accounts employees. 7- Delivering the salaries cheques & cashier orders and preparing the proper attachments. 8- Preparing the 2nd wave of the monthly payroll. 9- Responsible for opening bank accounts for the newly joined employees. 10- Monitoring & supervising the SI working and coordinate with the company’s lawyer & legal accountant and recruitment team. 11- Monitoring & supervising Labor Office working in coordination with HR team. 12- Creating the payments of the related governmental authorities ( SI, Labor Office, Taxes) 13- Coordinating SGS Egypt relation with post authorities and resolve any issues in between. 14- Participating in the physical count. Requirements Minimum 2 Years Bachelor of Commerce. maximum age is 40 Ability to Work under pressure · Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills · HR Background · Ability to Prioritize Multiple tasks and meet deadlines · Good in speaking and Writing English · High Comfort and Tolerance to Manage stress and Role Demands · Team Worker · Ability to extend the working hours and working during Holidays(will be compensated )
