detailed job profiles, and competency models.
o Collaborate with HR and operational
leaders to integrate the Job Architecture with other talent management
initiatives like performance management, learning and development, and
succession planning.
o Develop an implementation roadmap
and change management plan to roll out the new Job Architecture across the
organization.
o 8 + years of experience in
organization design and job architecture development, with a strong background
in the construction industry.
o Deep understanding of job evaluation
methodologies, competency modeling, and talent management best practices.
o Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and
present clear, data-driven recommendations.
o Proven track record of collaborating
effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior executives.
o Effective communication and
facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into
actionable plans.
o Familiarity with change management
principles and leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
o Bachelor's degree in Industrial
Engineering, Business, Human Resources, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
