Senior Graphic Designer

Produce the design and artwork for websites, social media. GIF and online banners. • Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs. • Attending creative meetings and assisting in brainstorming concepts for upcoming projects/marketing strategies & creating mood boards. • Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning. • Work with the creative team to conceptualize creatives based on strategic goals. • Accurately scope and estimate personal time • to meet creative project requirements. • Understand and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients. • Create assets that follow the creative brief concepts and adhere to good visual design practices. • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. • Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. • Keeping up-to-date with industry Requirements •Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. • experience 3+ as a graphic designer. • Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. • Familiar with both online/digital graphic design and offline/printing design standards. • Team player and responsive. • Great interpersonal and communication skills. • Additional qualifications in video editing and animation is a plus.
