1 Brand Development 1 Develop and implement a unique and cohesive brand identity for VentureX and overall visual style. 2 Design the company profile, presentations, and branded materials that communicate the essence of VentureX. 2 Creative Leadership 1 Lead all creative efforts for the company, from concept to execution, across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. 2 Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and events teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals. 3 Provide creative direction for promotional campaigns, ensuring all visuals are impactful and aligned with the brand identity. 3 Design and Production 1 Create high-quality designs for print, digital, and social media platforms. 2 Produce and edit engaging video content for events, campaigns, and social media. 3 Oversee the design of materials for events such as summits, forums, and workshops. 4 Team Collaboration 1 Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets. 2 Manage external creative vendors and freelancers as needed. 5 Innovation and Trend Awareness 1 Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep VentureX’s visuals cutting-edge. 2 Continuously improve creative workflows and processes for efficiency and innovation.RequirementsYears of Exp 3-5 Years Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts or a related field. Preferred industry Innovation and Technology Management, Consultancy, Investment Management 3+ years of  senior graphic designer, or similar role. Proven track record in developing brand identities and leading creative projects.
