Senior Design Manager

Support the Design Director in managing day-to-day activities of the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, interiors, landscape, and civil/infrastructure design teams.Track and evaluate the progress of the design team in alignment with project schedules and budgets.Establish processes to monitor design products for quality assurance, ensuring alignment with the Client’s design objectivesConduct performance reviews to assess progress against agreed milestones and deliverables, suggesting changes to improve efficiencyResolve design issues and coordinate design meetings with designers and contractors to address technical concernsAssist in preparing the Project Execution Plan, Risk Management Plan, and procurement strategyAct as a point of contact among consultants, contractors, and the Client, facilitating effective communication and alignment on design goalsLead efforts to refine design solutions, balancing cost efficiency with project quality.RequirementsExcellent ability in using MS Office applications and related Engineering Programs.B.Sc in the Architectural  Engineering  from a reputable  university , Postgraduates studies and Professional Certificates will be an asset.20-30 years of experience.
