Job Description

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and inform digital marketing strategies.Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with overall Divisions goals.Content Creation: Produce a wide variety of content types including social media posts, video scripts, infographics, and more.Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content maintains a consistent tone, style, and messaging across platforms.Multimedia Production: Work with the graphic designer and motion graphic to create visually compelling content that supports written copy.SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices to maximize the reach of content.Audience Engagement: Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies to improve audience interaction and retention.Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with all divisions.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as  sales and product teams to ensure content supports wider business objectives.Research industry-related topics. Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms. RequirementsNative or fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).    5+ years of a proven work experience as a Content Creator & Copywriter .    Creativity, attention to details, and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.    Proven experience in B2B sector.    previous experience in KSA or GCC markets.    Time-management skills.    Familiarity with SEO.    Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.    Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms (preferred).    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).    Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Benchmark, etc. (preferred).
