Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all contractual obligations, terms, and conditions are met by all parties.

Tendering and Procurement Support:
- Prepare tender documents, including invitations to bid, scope of work, and commercial terms.
- Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements and budgets.
- Assist in selecting contractors and suppliers through a transparent and competitive process.

Claims and Dispute Resolution:
- Analyze and resolve contractual claims, variations, and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide detailed assessments and justifications for contract variations and claims, ensuring alignment with FIDIC or other applicable contract frameworks.
- Represent the company in negotiations and arbitrations when required.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS, CICES, or PMP are highly desirable.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on infrastructure utilities projects.
