Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner

Responsible for the End to end team output strategy from inception to production • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the vision align within team strategy and requirements • Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team. • Maintain a prioritized backlog based on value and criticality • Works closely with Product Manager to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary • Facilitates release planning with stakeholders, in addition to weekly demos • Is a key role on Agile team and works onsite with the team on a daily basis • A liaison between the technical team and the stakeholders • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product. Key Skills Requirements • 5+ Years of Experience as a product owner • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business • Good Knowledge in SaaS Applications development • Experience with software tools Azure DevOps, Marvel, and Microsoft Office • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product. • Strong knowledge of human-centric design, design thinking, personas, user research & testing, wireframing • Experience with creating, maintaining and prioritizing product backlog, writing user stories, acceptance criteria • Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers • Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting • Any Agile Certifications (e.g. Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP),
