Financial Responsibility:
Responsible for the P&L of the brand.
Financial planning for buying budgets and overlooking operations, maintenance, staff uniform & marketing budgets.
New stores allocation/brand expansion plans, research, P&L, and marketing activities.
Seasonal Buying (setting buying budget per season, selection, placing the order).
Prepare brand-related reports such as sell through, OTB, buying history, new stores P&L reports.
Brand management
Supervise (Assistant Brand Manager or Merchandiser) team regarding; product data, system data entry, transfer between stores, purchasing orders.
Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
Setting brand's business plan (yearly sales and margin forecast).
Follow up & monitoring respective branches/or customer complaints.
Responsible for the stores’ and brand’s image as per the international standards (stores’ checklist and reports), overlooking branches (Display, In-store material, windows, targets, etc...) and communicating with operations.
Pricing & Promotions
Pricing by conducting ongoing price analysis of the brand compared to the market and in light of the targeted BP margins.
Responsible for promotion plans.
Sale preparation and monitoring.
Inventory management & Merchandising
Work closely with merchandising regarding stock level control, displayed merchandise, old seasons’ stock management and stock liquidation.
Setting an action plan for each season.
Ensure inventory turns target achieved.
Communication with Stakeholders:
Brand marketing planning and budgeting.
Working closely with Logistics team to prepare shipments.
Monitoring all marketing activities together with the marketing team.
Responsible for communicating with team to ensure efficient timelines whether for deliveries, payments, marketing or other.
Supervise product designs.
Following up on payments and fulfillment with finance department.
Maintain consistency in branding across all channels.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: +5 years experience in retail.
Fluent English with multinational exposure.
International fashion brands study is a plus.
Educational background in marketing / finance / business administration
