Job Description

· Maintaining good customer experience and service via providing all the needed support. · Flexibility to attend scheduled shifts and cover supporting to the customer whenever required. · Logging all relevant needed transactions on the designed reports. · Coordinating with the concerned functions to fulfill customer requests. · Communicating with the Finance team for any updates or needed refunds. · Retaining the customers and assure their continuous interest and loyalty. · Compiling weekly chosen menus from the customers and delivering them on the set due date to the Data Entry team. · Adhering to the communicated due dates for all the relevant tasks and assure delivering them on time. · Provide the relevant alternatives and problem solving to the customer’s complains and escalations to assure their satisfaction. · Pro-actively solve customer problems and follow up on corrective actions at first contact · Communicate effectively with our customers through well-crafted personal interactions whether via phone or chat. · Handle customer support cases in a timely professional manner. · Able to communicate and handle angry customers and provide the relevant solutions to make it a good experience for them. · Provide high level of quality support in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. · Attend In body sessions with their existing customers. · A team player with high level of dedication. · Understanding of sales performance metrics. · Ability to work under strict deadlines. · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Requirements 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales. Bachelor Degree. Excellent communication& presentation skills. Customer orientation. Excellent problem solution skills. Team leader skills.
