-Develop written program goals and objectives to emphasize a clear academic focus.
-Initiate a system of formative evaluation for the teaching staff.
-Ensure that staff members are aware of evaluation criteria.
-Participate in the performance evaluation process and plan for professional development opportunities for all staff under the direct supervision of School Administration.
-Lead the identification and selection of school leaders through effective staff development and evaluation programs (i.e. Leadership Development Program, Succession Planning).
