Job Description

Develop and implement commercial and sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, carriers, and agents.* Identify new business opportunities in ocean freight, air freight, land transport, and logistics services.* Lead, guide, and support the sales team to ensure effective pipeline management and closing of opportunities.* Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure competitive customer quotations.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies.* Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure service quality and smooth shipment execution.* Oversee the commercial performance of all branches and ensure alignment with company objectives.* Prepare periodic commercial reports, forecasts, and KPIs for top management.Requirements* 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding (sales or commercial) in Egypt.* Strong knowledge of ocean, air, and inland logistics in Egypt.* Proven record in business development and key account management.* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills (able to manage, lead and grow the sales department)* Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategy.
