Welcoming customers and determining the type of service required. • Determine the client's current lens specifications, when necessary, using the lens meter and the client's glasses. • Presenting and proposing a number of products that meet the customer’s needs, and emphasizing strengths such as quality and benefit. • Determine with the client the lenses and layers required for them, the frames that suit the needs, and adjust the frame installation. • Helping the client choose the appropriate frames in terms of shape and color and coordinating this with the optical measurements of the eye. • Follow the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures in the process of preparing invoices or ordering lenses. •Reviewing customer data on the company’s operating system. Requirements 1-3 years of experience. Bachelor of Optometry or Institute of Optometry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. Good english level.
